our

specialities

We offer one-on-one care and individualized treatment plans for each patient by using innovative, progressive techniques with an emphasis on manual therapy. This is supplemented with therapeutic exercises and the utilization of conventional modalities. We also make sure that our patients are educated on their treatment and progress every step of the way to allow for eventual self-management and prevention of pain beyond the walls of our clinic.

Manual Therapy

We offer skilled evaluations and treatments by therapists who are trained in a variety of manual therapy techniques. Manual treatments may include manual traction of the spine, PROM, joint mobilization, massage, active release, craniosacral therapy, and myofascial release.

Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art modalites including: ThermoStim Probe, Ultrasound, Ultrasound/Stim combo, Infrared Light Treatment, Mechanical Lumbar and Cervical Traction (Decompression), Interferential Stimulation, Muscle Re-Education, Whirlpool, Iontophoresis with Dexamethasone, Moist Heat and Cryotherapy for pain. Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a hands-on technique in which a therapist gently applies sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissues (fascia) that are restricted and causing pain.
This technique helps to reduce the pain and restore mobility in that part of the body.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy or CranioStructural Integration (CSI) is a non-invasive form of body movement, that uses light touch around the head, spine and pelvis to relax and release tensions in the body.  CSI along with myofascial release techniques can be highly effective in decreasing pain and dysfunction associated with injuries and chronic conditions.
