Pat Foley, PT, co-owner of Southern Tier Physical Therapy of Binghamton, brings over thirty years of experience as a physical therapist to this outpatient practice.

Pat is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She has served as a guest lecturer/instructor in the senior seminar for the SUNY Broome PTA program.
