Southern Tier Physical Therapy of Binghamton, a therapist-owned and operated independent practice, plans to a hire an experienced, full-time front office receptionist. We differentiate ourselves by focusing on individual patient needs and overcoming obstacles for our patients so they can receive the treatment they need. As our first point of contact with our customers we seek an individual motivated to help our patients and lead our brand. It is critical that patient interaction deliver on our three brand differentiators: 1. Patients feel that they are more than just a number. 2. Patients recognize Southern Tier Physical Therapy as a high-performance team and experts their field 3. Patients feel that we are "in this together" as a collaborative team in their journey to return to an active lifestyle. Our brand is differentiated on these points in all interactions, not just in their session with their physical therapist. A qualified candidate will be part of a success driven team that will greet patients, schedule services, collect insurance information, collect payments/co-pays, guide patients in completing in-take forms and answer phones with the mission to make our services as accessible and affordable as possible. 

Our clinic serves patients with a wide variety of conditions and injuries and works diligently to process. We specialize in orthopedic and sports injuries; neurological conditions (for example Parkinson’s and MS); incontinence (men/women/pediatric); pelvic pain; vertigo and balance dysfunction


Minimum Qualifications:

·         Associates degree or Office Technologies Certificate

·         One year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualification

·         HIPAA Compliance Certification
